SAS Lettings are landlords for all properties advertised on this site, so you can be sure that if you have a problem with your accommodation, you can speak direct to a landlord who will endeavour to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.

As landlords, we adhere to the strict rules and regulations outlined below.

• We hold full landlords insurance.
• All deposits are held in a secure Rent Deposit Scheme (details available upon request).
• Gas Safety. We ensure all gas appliances are checked regularly and we obtain the relevant certification.

SAS Lettings have been renting housing & flats for many decades, dealing with Southampton’s 2 universities, Southampton City Council and also local estate/letting agents to provide accommodation for professionals, students & low income families.
